An organization equipped with more committed workers will satisfy the most dedicated employees in their work, which has resulted in very high productivity and an increase in staff income. Therefore, setting appropriate practices and structures to empower employee engagement is a priority for (Vance, 2006). Kompaso and Sridevi (2010) highlight 10 areas of focus when defining a platform for building the most efficient staff. Listed below,

Applying the above factors to the organization which is leading Information Technology services organization, below is an evaluation of how organization is focused on having correct practices in place to build a highly engaged workforce. 

 Recruiting and On-boarding Process 

The need is not just to focus on getting the right resources, but also to focus on the candidate, who can fit into our organization’s program. Each new recruitment will exceed 8 weeks in a travel plan that serves as a starting point for the introduction of any employees to meet the organization’s values, values ​​and align them with the organization's goals.

 Top-down Commitment 

On the first day of work, he would receive a welcome email from the CEO of the company itself, accept employment with the company and a summary of the organization’s goals, values ​​and culture. Dashboards with various performance indicators (KPIs) were used to measure the excellent work done by employees in terms of productivity, quality, and engagement. Leaderboards and gamification strategies have been used with automated goal-scoring programs to include top-level staff. This not only provided transparency but also provided employees with the tools to look forward to improving, creating a culture of healthy competition between them.  Feedback Loop

There are two main cycles of accountability, managers who give their opinion on how their subordinates performed in the workplace and employees who give feedback to their supervisors on how managers have successfully managed management. These 360-degree response cycles ensure that the right level of transparency and constructive feedback is provided on the right basis. 

Training and Development 

Training and Development plays a key role in the organization’s echo program to ensure that employees have the right skills at the domain level that continues to transform technology. There are various training programs designed to identify both the technical and technical skills of the employee. The outline clearly outlines what skills and qualifications a given employee needs to work in the current role, and what skills and certificates you need to acquire in order to be promoted to the next level.

I agree with the way you have listed areas to create highly engaged employees, because they will work better if they are self-motivated, build willingness, commitment, and align with the organization's goals. The most effective onboarding programs are well-planned and efficient, and they have a long-term impact on employee retention.

    States, according to Development Dimensions International (2005), must do five things to create a highly engaged workforce. They are as follows: Align efforts with strategy, Encourage teamwork and collaboration by empowering, promoting, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
